RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are under legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract.
Where you have ordered your goods by internet, e-mail or telephone, under the Consumer Contract Regulations you may cancel your order at any time between placing the order and within 14 days after the day the goods come into your possession. This apply to the items ready and in stock, which are marked on the website as a “IN STOCK”.
This does not apply to:
- Items collected in store
- Goods and services where the prices are dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, and cannot be controlled by the trader
- Goods made to order

We will issue the the refund within 14 working days, but we will deduct the delivery fee (where delivery fee is not specified, it will be 10% of the furniture price (minimum of £20) .
All the returns must be made to address provided by us at your cost. We can arrange the pick up for your convenience, but we will deduct the delivery fee from the refund.
If you find a fault in a product, we reserve the right to request that the following steps are complied with:
- You must provide written notice and pictures of the defect to us quoting your order reference number within 7 days of discovering the defect
- You allow us to provide a furniture specialist, you will be contacted to arrange a house visit to inspect the goods and confirm the fault or if asked by us we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you and returned at our expense for the examination to take place there.
- Upon confirmation from the furniture specialist that there is a fault, and the goods do not conform to the contract, we shall at our option repair or replace such goods (or the defective part).
We will not be liable for the goods if you continue to use the goods after giving such notice to us; or alter or repair the goods without the written consent from us.
